Most of time your credit card is declined because of incorrect card number or expiration date, or mismatched billing

You can freely cancel your order before we ship out the item(s) to you. Once we process the shipping, your order can not
be cancelled. You need wait for the shipment's arrival, and then follow our

- What's the shipping cost?
We use UPS and USPS(United States Postal Service) as shipping carrier. The shipping cost is the exact amount charged by
UPS or USPS based on the shipping method you choose during check out. There is no handling charge. You can get the shipping
cost by click "Shipping Cost" after you add item into shopping cart.

We process shipping during normal business days (M-F). Generally we ship out your item(s) within 24 hours after your payment
clears.

- Will I have a shipping tracking number?
You will get a shipping tracking number for UPS services or USPS Express Mail package, or a delivery confirmation number
for USPS Priority Mail package. You can find the number by logging
in your account, and then click the View button near the order you want to check. Please note that the Priority Mail
delivery confirmation number can not provide detail tracking information, it can only confirm delivery.

- What's your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 15 days and we will
refund the full product price less the original shipping cost. There is 15% restocking fee on non-defective return due
to handling cost.
